Rally To Restore Sanity and/or Fear - Washington...
@ The National Mall in Washington DC.
The Rally To Restore Sanity and/or Fear was hosted by Jon Stewart (The Daily Show) and Stephen Colbert (The Colbert Report). Over 300,000 people showed up, while the original “expected turnout” was only 60,000. All of the bus lines, metro transportation and streets were absolutely flooded with people all over D.C. We hit up an ice cream shop, the famous Starbuck’s inside the Yale bookstore, and walked around the campus. Luckily I didn’t run into any overly creepy homeless people like I did with Ivan and Naria last time we...
Part III: "The Show"
I was brought out to do some live shots for Stick To Your Guns, but I decided to shoot Oceano’s set too. I’ve listened to these guys for while and this was the first time I saw them live. Their live set definitely keeps up with their solid recordings. Overall, this was a good show. CT definitely does have less exciting/fun shows than FL though, but that’s expected. I guess...
